On
the last summer, an initiative of the mayorship of Paris transformed
about 3 kilometers of routes along the Seine into a true beach;
beach sand, deckchairs and palm trees were brought specifically
from the south of the country to complete the scenery of this
mini beach resort right in the center of Paris.
Directed to children, youngsters, the elderly and tourists, this
operation exceeded by far the expectations of the organizers.
The main goal was to give the pedestrians, cyclists and skaters
a true space for enjoyment in the heart of Paris. Numerous cultural
and sport activities animated "les berges of the Seine"
throughout the day.
Indeed, who wold not beleive to actually be on a beach?. |

Comentarios
El pasado verano, una iniciativa de la alcaldía de París
convirtió unos 3 kilómetros de vías a lo
largo del rio Sena en una verdadera playa; arena, sillas de playa
y palmas traidas expresamente desde el sur del país completaban
el decorado de esta mini estación balnearia en pleno centro
de la Ciudad Luz.
Destinada a niños, jóvenes, personas mayores y turistas,
esta operación sobrepasó con creces las expectativas
de los organizadores.
El principipal objetivo era dar a los peatones, ciclistas y patinadores
un verdadero espacio de júbilo en pleno Paris.
Numerosas actividades culturales y deportivas animaban a lo largo
de dia "les berges de la Seine".
¿Quién no se creeria verdaderamente en una playa?. |
