Comments
This work has brought upon a great sadness to me. These children
have been abandoned in this hospice, some have lived there all their
lives other come when thy are 2, 5, 8 or even 15 some are taken
, some arrive on their own looking for a place to survive. I've
known their stories, I've heard them, laugh, cry play, joke, I also
have been uplifted by witnessing their friendship I've seen that
they are brothers and friends that they have found a home even if
it is not what they expected, they are happy in their own way. 2001.

Este trabajo me ha permitido tener sensaciones fuertes, de tristeza
por los niños que han sido abandonados en este orfanatorio,
niños que han vivido ahi desde que tienen meses de edad,
y otros que han llegado de 2, 5, 8, 15 años porque los lleva
alguien o porque ellos solos han buscado un lugar para "sobrevivir".
He conocido algunas de sus pequeñas historias, los he visto
llorar, reir, jugar, bromear...al mismo tiempo he vivido grandes
sensaciones de alegría al ver que entre ellos son hermanos
y amigos, han encontrado un hogar, no el que quieren o desean pero
al final, todos son felices a su modo. 2001. |
