"Humanscapes"
As an artist, I am interested in capturing those elusive images
that dreams are made of. My works emerge out of a form of human
encounter and not a technical one. They are not photographic montages
that are assembled from constituent elements, but the whole image,
that includes number of layers, each of it aims to represent another
side of the objects, but never quite revealing their meaning.
The final result must be as if one theme shines through another,
acquiring fresh nuances while preserving and strengthening the
traces of its origin, causing everything to be more real, more
alive than in real life. |

"Paisajes Humanos"
Como artista estoy interesado en capturar esas elusivas imágenes
que componen a los sueños. Mi trabajo emerge en al forma
de un encuentro humano y no uno técnico. Estos montajes fotográficos
no están formados por sus elementos constitutivos pero la
imagen entera, que incluye varias capas (layers) que busca representar
otro lado de esos objetos, pero nunca revelan plenamente su significado.
El resultado final debe ser como una capa brillando a través
de otra, adquiriendo matices frescos pero preservando y fortaleciendo
las huellas de su origen, haciéndolo más real y más
vivo que en la vida real. |
