All my photographs are taken at the brightest moment of sunlight but taken in shade. The people in the pictures are caught at the moment of passing between the shade and the light. I aim for moments that have an otherworldliness about them. The success ratio is small, few photographs achieve the distinctive character that I am hunting for - it is very technically difficult, there is also a lot of waiting around. I am building a portfolio of work that has the distinctive quality of being mostly dark with brilliant points of light. To this end I mostly take pictures in enclosed spaces - train stations, piers, doorways.

Todas mis fotos son tomadas con la luz más brillante del día pero desde la sombra. La gente en las fotos es capturada al momento de pasar de la luz a la sombra. Busco momentos que tengan algo de sobrenatural. Raras, a veces lo logro, ténicamente es muy difícil. Estoy haciendo un portafolio que tenga la cualidad disitintiva de ser muy oscuro con puntos brillantes de luz, para lograr esto tomo las fotos desde espacios cerrados, estaciones de tren, muelles, umbrales.
