Lo que inmediatamente me impactó del Sudeste asiático es que contrariamente a lo que sucede en Norteamérica, la gente no se oculta. Es cotidiano ver a las personas socializando e interactuando, ya sea en el campo o la ciudad. Me percaté que quizá la gente como yo, proveniente de culturas más urbanizadas y modernas, desea la misma clase de conexión cuando nos ocultamos y vemos los programas de "reality" en la TV...
