From the series "Rainforests". Lush vegetation, warmth,
sunlight, humidity and the feeling of suffocation by beauty draw
me to a specific girdle around the earth.
This is the rainforest belt where one of the last great primeval
vistas of this battered and changed world survives.
These misty, vague images draw me inward, as though to a womb or
a silent unthreatening coccoon, free of the dangers and brutality
that surround us.

Comentarios
De la serie "Bosques tropicales". Vegetación
exhuberante, calor, luz de sol, humedad y la sensación
de ser sofocado por la belleza me llevaron a un cinturón
específico de la Tierra.
Este es el cinturón de bosques tropicales, en donde sobrevive
una de las grandes vistas primigenias de este vapuleado y cambiado
mundo.
Estas imágenes nebulosas, vagas, me llevan hacia adentro,
como hacia un útero o a un capullo no amenazante, silencioso,
libre de los peligros y la brutalidad que nos rodea.
