My
photographs deal with empty places where you can feel strong atmospheres.
Places people pass through but in which no one ever stops. Places
made by Man and for Man but in which humanity has disappeared.
I think that itís a topical problem, a present question.
Is our world suitable for Man? Is its size still human? I think
everyday. one can well feel this gap between what Man built and
Man's real needs Each time we feel this disparity, itís
because progress has been faster than human thoughts. The world
is following its own rules, letting Man behind, feeling lonely
and left alone.
I want to show this absurd disparity in everyday life.
I donít ìdirectî my photographs.
I mean that I donít organize things and shoot. The image
I shoot is already there, itís real life. Iím more
or less a witness of this.

Comentarios
Mis fotografías son de lugares vacíos en donde hay
atmósferas fuertes. Lugares en los que la gente pasa pero
nunca nadie se detiene. Lugares hechos por el hombre para el hombre
pero en los que la humanidad ha desaaprecido.
Pienso que este es un problema total, una cuestión actual.
¿Es el mundo un lugar adecuado para el Hombre? ¿Es
su tamaño todavía humano? Creo que puede sentirse
todos los días esta brecha entre lo que el hombre construye
y lo que el hombre realmente necesita.
Cada vez que sentimos esta disparidad es por que el progreso ha
sido más rápido que los pensamientos del hombre.
El mundo sigue sus propias reglas, dejando atrás y solo
al hombre. Quiero mostrar esta absurda disparidad en la vida cotidiana.
Yo no dirijo mis fotos. No organizo las cosas y tomo las fotos.
La imagen ya esta ahí, es la vida real. Soy más
o menos una testigo de esto.
