| This 2001 image is from a peace march & performance piece. It was organized in the aftermath of the 9-11 tragedy. Ours is a politically progressive community that favors diplomatic over military reactions. This banner, "an eye for an eye", led the march as it moved through town to the headlands where the performance piece was done to the beat of a single drum and bagpipes.
