Volunteers
from Hindu Mission Hospital attend to an old man’s wound,
sustained during the Boxing Day Tsunami in Thazanguda village,
Cuddalore. Founded in 1976, the hospital aims to serve the “downtrodden
people” by providing free medical services. Dr. Narayanan
from the Hindu Mission Hospital notes that most of the villagers
suffer from fever, cough, muscle cramps, food infection, diarrhoea
and mild dysentery after the Tsunami. |
