15. Chickens for mole

The cult of death, the feast of the day of the dead is most alive in this town. It is one of the biggest fiestas in San Lorenzo, celebrated from October 26th to November 2nd. It is one of the pre Hispanic celebrations that survive all over Mexico to this day.
