20. Doña Jila and Don Teofilo at the grave

I lived many experiences in this place but one of the most endearing was finding friends such as Doña Jila, Don Teofilo and their family. Doña Jila says she dreams about me when I’m about to arrive to town, or tells me that her firewood was crying or that her doves were restless. So when I get there she assures that she knew beforehand that I was on my way.
