I take this photograph because I am impressed by the pride this woman feels for her body. Her clothing accentuates her robustness. The red color brings out her monumentality.

She wears transparent clothing. Her body is a visual experience. Nylon from head to toes, bathed in sweat in the heat of noon.

In Europe, where I live, robust bodies like these are taboo. In Curacao, not only can you buy breast to make your bust biger, you can also buy polyester buttocks, in case you were not blessed with them at birth.
