The Boy and his Portrait

He is only 7 years old and he loves to play in front of the camera.

A very realistic portrait of him hangs from the living room wall. His mother tells me that they had it done last year, and that he still has the suite he wore for the portrait. She insists that he put it on again so that I can take his portrait with the same clothes he wore for the painting.

With some rebelliousness and appreciation, we manage to get him into the suite and I guide him to a pose that is similar to the one in the portrait.
